Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team at our Mumbai office. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Life Sciences function. This position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

The CSR is responsible for:

• Working closely with sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.
• Fulfilling customer orders and requirements, working with plant and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.
• Executing Ashland's customer service standards, order processing procedure.
• Communicating well with sales team, plant, logistics and finance team, working closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.
• Evaluating and improving customer service performance.
• Liaise with customers, finance, production, sales and logistics related dept. to execute customer services.
• Making the decision on ordinary daily work within regulation and consult special problem with supervisor.
• Order processing in SAP SD module, order date maintenance, order tracking.
• PGI creation, billing and shipping coordination.

Education/Experience:

• Any Graduation.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and reliable.
