Senior Account Manager For Small Business

How you'll make an impact: In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with small business clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are met. You'll lead conversations with senior buyers and day-to-day representatives, helping them navigate complex challenges. You'll also secure renewals, negotiate service fees, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks for our clients and helping their businesses thrive.

About you: Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Compensation and benefits: We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
