About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage a significant portfolio of Transport clients. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for your clients, designing tailored risk solutions and negotiating effectively within the market. A day in the life includes partnering with clients to understand their insurable risks, designing tailored insurance solutions and negotiating the best deals in the global insurance market. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners, manage your own budget, sales plan, and debtors to drive success, mentor and coach junior team members, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and represent the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally and nationally.

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid to large Transport accounts. A sales oriented mindset with the ability to build a long term pipeline for new business growth. Strong account management experience. A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a driven, passionate and professional attitude.
