This position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless transition of our customers from the sales process through engagement design, operational set up, and NPI through to production, ensuring timely revenue recognition and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The individual collaborates closely with Sales, Solutions Enablement, Operations, Engineering, Services, and Integration center teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new customers into AIS' standard processes and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead complex, global cross-functional projects for Customer Onboarding and Process Improvement, managing everything from proposal analysis to production go-live (including BOM and Supply Chain strategy).
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure task coordination across upstream/downstream groups to meet committed deadlines and timeframes.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively perform risk assessments and implement recovery plans to ensure projects stay on track and meet global "go-live" dates.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management: Facilitate workstream discussions, cadence calls, and executive sessions with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project transparency.
• Process Excellence & Innovation: Drive the use of standard tools and templates while staying updated on emerging automation and industry standards to design the most efficient onboarding processes.
• Workshops & Knowledge Sharing: Lead discovery workshops (on-site/off-site) and mentor/train team members on policies, procedures, and project best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• +5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Supply Chain Management, or NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Management
• Experience with ERPs (Oracle, SAP)
• Experience with Project Manager tools (MS project, Jira, etc.)
• Advanced English skills, verbal and written.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $53,350.00 - $75,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
