About the role: As a Station Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for providing a highly visible great customer experience at Eaglescliffe station ensuring the safety and security of station users.
Duties will consist of offering a range of rail ticket products, supporting travel information, customer assistance including those with mobility impairments and station presentation duties.
