The ATU Center for Community Engagement and Academic Outreach (CCEAO) Project Coordinator will work directly with the ATU CCEAO Director, coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, keeping multiple project activities on track, and serve as a primary support resource for all ATU CCEAO initiatives. Some of these initiatives include establishment of an Innovation Hub, development of interdisciplinary, project-based learning courses (IPBL), and hosting workshops and events. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with other educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Maintain a timeline and task lists for project initiatives; Track deliverables and ensure that activities are on schedule; Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CCEAO activities to ensure alignment with grant objectives and compliance with federal regulations.
Budget Oversight: Manage the budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and expenditures are tracked accurately.
Marketing Development: Establish and maintain website, social media and marketing materials.
Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data collection and analysis to monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and funding agencies.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with students, faculty, industry partners, and community members to promote program participation and support.
Innovation Hub Management: Oversee the development of and day-to-day activities of the Innovation Hub; coordinate scheduling; prepare reports of event and space usage.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field. Proven experience in project coordination. Proven experience in social media management and marketing. Proven experience in budget management and oversight. Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in data management and reporting tools; Commitment to working with diverse populations in educational efforts.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field. Master's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field. Experience managing federal grants. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. Familiarity with local industry and community partners. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with educational and community organizations.
