The Customer Success & Enablement team at Omnicare is responsible for enacting and operationalizing our customer strategy. This multi-faceted work aims to improve how Omnicare services its b2b and b2c customers. By developing tools and programs for both our internal teams and customers to leverage, this lead and the larger team will affect growth and retention. The Senior Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of these customer tools and programs to ensure an optimal customer experience. This individual will work collaboratively with business partners across Omnicare to identify and implement medium to large sized projects that support achievement of retention and growth goals. The role will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
