Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, manage order accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, and communications.
  • Validate ship-to and replenishment locations for orders and submit in WebOps.
  • Ensure accurate entry of all purchase orders (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other EDI platforms).
  • Review and validate incoming surgery product usage cases for accuracy.
  • Serve as the customer-facing voice, offering creative solutions to resolve issues.
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Proactively update customers on order status to accelerate billing processes.
  • Support the sales department by answering questions via phone, email, and fax.
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and assist with surgery product usage questions.
  • Follow up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies.
  • Assist sales reps with pricing or product usage discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Arkansas.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Experience with purchase orders and familiarity with EDI platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
