The Naval Power Requirements & Capabilities (NP R&C) team is seeking an experienced and motivated Director, Business Development to represent Naval Power portfolio in Japan as our Customer Account Manager. The Naval Power Japan Customer Accounts Manager requires having or building close customer intimacy with key Japanese government agencies, to include the Ministry of Defense, (JMoD), Internal Bureau (IB), Acquisition Technology and Logistics Agency (ALTA) Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF), Japanese Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) and Japanese industry in order to cultivate a clear understanding of Japanese defense requirements, budgets, procurement and fiscal considerations.
The Naval Power Japan Customer Accounts Manager requires a solid understanding of the Raytheon Naval Power portfolio (surface, undersea and air elements) as well as active campaigns, priority pursuits while identifying new opportunities by serving as the face of Raytheon Naval Power to the Japanese warfighter and customer on a daily basis.

The salary range for this role is 194,000 USD - 388,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
