Customer Service Representative

This position is at the Dignity Health Cancer Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. This position is located on site. The Customer Service Representative's primary duties include: answers telephones, speaks with callers and routes customers appropriately. Answers calls in a professional, courteous manner. Forwards messages to appropriate parties. Takes adequate information and relays messages through the EHR. Communicates with dissatisfied customers and provides service recovery. Candidates should feel comfortable on the phone. This position is located on site.

MINIMUM High School Diploma / GED Two years related experience
