Invoicing/Account Manager
Location: Lakewood, Ohio
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive Invoicing/Account Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts and maintain strong client connections
- Process invoices and handle general office tasks
- Place orders with mills and follow up with companies for monthly orders
- Sort and file paperwork to keep everything running smoothly
- Learn and navigate our old-school computer system (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
- Be a team player ready to assist with anything needed
