Investment Solutions Implementation Intern

Ardian is one of the leading companies providing customized investment solutions for private market asset classes. Since 2020, Ardian aims to provide investment solutions tailored to the expectations of private investors and wealth managers. Our team coordinates the implementation of these solutions in collaboration with all central functions of Ardian.

Based in Paris, the intern will support the Investment Solutions Implementation in its daily missions. This will include:

• Preparing meetings and minutes
• Preparing support for weekly and monthly meetings
• Updating project tracking tools related to each ongoing project
• Participating in tenders, responding to due diligence questionnaires, and answering information requests
• Setting up and updating databases related to the due diligence process

Profile:

• Student in a business school
• First experience in finance or a consulting firm is desirable

Required Skills:

• Very good level of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Diligence, strong motivation, and commitment to work
• Personal qualities:
• Good interpersonal skills
