Sr Support Analyst - MAPICS - Erlanger, KY This is an Exempt level position. Position Summary: The Service Delivery Organization is committed to business technology support, service management, risk management, and relationship management in support of all applications and infrastructure towers. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, the Sr. Support Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Technical Analysts, Business Users, Solution Delivery Leader, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions which enable ADM's strategy. This role would progress to becoming subject matter expert on how the technology supports our business processes. The successful candidate will have prior knowledge and experience in manufacturing, order processing, quality assurance, accounting and/or sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with MAPICS, Adage, GoAnywhere, and/or NiceLabel. Job Responsibilities:
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$71,100.00 - $133,300.00
Salaried Incentive Plan
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
