The Nutrition Division of Archer Daniels Midland Co. is actively seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Strategic Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management. Individual will be responsible for managing foodservice brokers, selling Pasteurized Process Cheese and custom cheese sauce to foodservice operators, broadline distributors, and food manufacturers. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for food flavorings, specialty ingredients, and complete formula solutions from the ADM Nutrition portfolio to customers. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, opening new markets, managing distributor marketing programs and promotions, operator pricing requests and developing long-term relationships.
