Spa Front Desk / Customer Service Associate – Kiawah Island Club

Sasanqua Spa, our luxury spa, provides massage, skincare, and salon services exclusively to Members. We're seeking a Full-Time Spa Front Desk / Customer Service Associate to be the welcoming face of our serene retreat.
Compensation: $18–$20/hour + 3% spa service charge + 10% retail commission – with the 3% spa service charge, you have the potential to earn up to $26 an hour.
Your Role:
- Warmly welcome and check in Members and guests
- Book spa and salon reservations with care and accuracy
- Open and close the spa daily
- Maintain spa areas, changing rooms, pools, and amenities
- Assist with retail purchases and gift card sales
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Previous spa, health club, private club, or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-oriented mindset
