Senior Client Success Consultant

Join us as a Senior Client Success Consultant, where you'll partner with leading awarding organisations to shape the future of assessment. You'll be at the heart of digital change—guiding clients through transformation, unlocking the full potential of GradeMaker Pro, and helping them achieve meaningful impact while driving our shared success.

The role will require travel to our office in Cheltenham and other AQA sites.

What you'll do:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in UK and global exam boards.
  • Lead smooth rollouts of GradeMaker Pro, helping clients hit their digital goals.
  • Spot growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Share client insights to shape product improvements.
  • Be the voice of the customer, driving success and innovation in digital assessment.

What you'll bring:

  • Deep knowledge of education and assessment, with experience in authoring or awarding organisation governance.
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS implementation and service delivery.
  • A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence to guide clients through complex change in diverse cultural settings.
  • A curious, analytical approach to problem-solving and innovation.
