Job Title

Feladatok és Felelősségek/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with customers and the Sales/Marketing organization from order acceptance to delivery completion, including handling potential complaints
  • Managing strategic customers that are of high importance to APTIV
  • Entering non-electronic orders into the company's MFG Pro system and systematically storing order documents (fax, email)
  • Requesting, tracking, and aligning customer forecasts with Demand Controllers
  • Aligning the manufacturing and delivery confirmation of orders with the customer, monitoring the timeliness of deliveries, and aligning customer extra requests with the participants in the production-delivery process
  • Predicting potential manufacturing and delivery delays to the customer, coordinating necessary actions with the participants in the production and logistics process
  • Handling logistics-related complaints and exploring the causes with the involvement of process participants. Monitoring product quality complaints with the relevant quality engineer
  • Developing and initiating cost-efficient operation improvement proposals
  • Executing management directives
  • Independently participating in customer visits, representing APTIV fully
  • Preparing specific weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Actively participating in meetings within the company and with customers
  • Performing mentoring duties, assisting colleagues, and educating new arrivals
  • Prioritizing production when necessary and coordinating the situation among departments, and coordinating escalation if needed

Elvárások/Requirements:

  • Higher education degree
  • English and German negotiation language skills
  • Computer user knowledge
  • Understanding of the production and delivery process. Capable of performing mentoring duties
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Good conflict management skills
  • Thorough and proactive in work
  • Able to work both independently and in a team, and lead a team when needed
