Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
  • Deliver clear technical assistance to onsite technicians over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
  • Electromechanical experience a plus.
  • Experience repairing laser and wide format printers.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
