Responsible for the recording and monitoring of the order stock and coordination of order processing. Responsibility for the regional customer support hub (DACH, UK and Nordic). Close cooperation/coordination with the local production planners (Aptar EMEA). Order processing for all Aptar EMEA plants. Retrieval and processing of delivery plans. Master data entry and maintenance in SAP. Recording of customer forecasts in cooperation with the demand planner and sales managers. Management of price lists.
Your profile: Completed commercial training with additional qualification or completed studies in the field of business administration. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented personality. Experience in working with MS-Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP/IBP. Very good English skills in speech and writing; very good knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable. Willingness to travel (in the training phase). Team capability, flexibility and independent working style.
