Description of the Job

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading business development and the strategic management of key accounts in the automotive industry, ensuring continuous client satisfaction and growth. Acts as the main link between the company and its clients, identifying business opportunities, adapting marketing strategies, and fostering a trustworthy relationship.

  • Business Development and Strategies: Identify growth opportunities and define commercial strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Marketing and Communication: Adapt marketing materials to meet client expectations.
  • Negotiations and Quotations: Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations to obtain the best commercial conditions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market and competitors to provide strategic insights.
  • Client Relationships: Build trustful relationships with clients and senior leadership.
  • Project Monitoring and Management: Track projects to ensure client satisfaction and support renegotiations when necessary.
  • Commercial Management: Manage commercial activities, including sales, invoicing, and billing.

Qualifications

Profile

  • Experience in sales and business development in the automotive sector in companies providing automotive engineering services, OEMs, or Tier 1 suppliers (Required).
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and developing long-term relationships with large clients (Required).
  • Experience in complex negotiations and in the elaboration of strategic B2B commercial proposals in the Brazilian automotive services market (Required).
  • Facility in communication with international clients and colleagues (Required).
  • Availability for travel (Required).
  • Knowledge of automotive engineering testing and product development is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or a related field.
  • Post-graduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Marketing or related fields is considered a plus.

Languages

English: Fluent (Required)

Portuguese: Fluent or Native (Required)

Spanish: Fluent or Advanced (Plus)

Location: Minas Gerais

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08h to 17h.
