Customer Support Technician (전문학사) 인재 등록

Work Locations: 화성, 평택, 이천, 청주, 구미 * 채용 및 모집 부서에 따라 변동 가능

Main Responsibilities:

• 반도체 공정 장비 정기/예방 점검
• 장비 분해 및 파트 관리 (세정/조립)
• 장비 Trouble Shooting (기술문제해결) Support (지원) 업무

Field Service Team

• Field에서 Installation 이후 일어나는 Trouble-Shooting, Maintenance, 장비 안정화 등을 담당하는 팀입니다. 고객과 커뮤니케이션하며 장비 운영상 발생하는 기술문제 해결과 지원을 담당합니다.

Eligibility:

• 반도체 공정/장비 유관 경력을 보유한 분 (경력기간 무관)
• 전문학사 학위 취득하신 분
• 병역필 혹은 면제자로 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 분
• 보훈 및 장애 대상자는 관련 법령에 따라 우대

Recruitment Process:

• 서류전형 → 직무 적합성 검사 → 면접전형 → 영어테스트 → 채용검진→ 오퍼레터 서명 → 최종합격
