Desktop Support Technician

A leading organization in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support across multiple sites within an assigned region. This is an active, field-based role requiring reliable transportation between the Mid-Wilshire and West Los Angeles areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day desktop support across endpoint devices including desktops, workstations, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and telecom equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Enforce and maintain standard software, hardware, images, and deployment processes
  • Travel between assigned locations as needed to complete on-site support tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting desktop and server operating systems, including Windows environments
  • 1–2 years of application support experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required for travel between sites

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting workstation-on-wheels (WOW) setups or clinical/field environments
  • Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools
