This engagement supports the replacement of a long-standing legacy home care platform with a modern, cloud-based solution to enable the delivery of community and home support services. The current system has been in place for over 15 years and supports critical operational functions such as client visit scheduling, workforce management, mobile enablement for frontline staff, and billing. The new solution will replace all existing legacy functionality while leveraging enhanced cloud capabilities. Required configurations and customizations will be implemented to support union agreements, HR policies, safety regulations, and operational workflows. The initiative also includes the introduction of new system integrations. This is a hybrid engagement. While the role will operate predominantly in a remote capacity, on-site attendance at local offices will be required periodically throughout the project.
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based home care scheduling and workforce management platform. This includes overall project governance, vendor management, system and integration oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of all project management activities in alignment with established PMO standards.
