Job Description

Act as main point of contact for remote customers

Works directly with customers over the phone/email to align on solution

Aligns with sales, customer and 3rd party service providers to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction

Responsible for focusing on quality and customer experience

Identifying risks and issues and escalating as appropriate to management or sales

Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the stakeholders: customer, partner, management, sales

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship driven personality, teamwork, ability to multitask, manage stress and flexibility

Excellent communication skills/soft skills including written and verbal communication

Possess and can demonstrate strong phone and email communication with sales and customers

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers

Strong organization skills with proactive mentality

Demonstrated the ability to resolve conflicts quickly

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience working with Salesforce platform preferred

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in project admin/project coordination or in a similar capacity.

Previous experience with Customer Service a plus
