Project Coordinator

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Core Tech Refresh Program and other project delivery initiatives. This role provides administrative, operational, and financial tracking support to project managers, ensuring accurate project reporting, effective communication, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative aspects of client and internal projects
  • Maintain and update project records, schedules, and documentation
  • Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables against deadlines
  • Assist project managers with planning, reporting, and operational support
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for project teams and stakeholders
  • Attend client and internal meetings; capture notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate client support efforts and facilitate cross-team communication
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, planning documentation, and status updates
  • Monitor team progress and escalate risks or issues as appropriate
  • Run and update weekly and monthly financial reports to support ATCT program budget tracking

Program-Specific Responsibilities: (Core Tech Refresh Program)

  • Maintain and update project data within ServiceNow PPM
  • Support long-term technology refresh initiatives through accurate tracking and reporting
  • Utilize Smartsheets and Google Workspace to manage documentation and deliverables
  • Ensure project and financial data accuracy and alignment with program timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous project coordination or project support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, reporting, and documentation
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder support skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM, including resource assignments and financial tracking (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets and Google Workspace

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience/education
  • 3–4 years of relevant project coordination experience preferred
