Position: IT Customer Service Representative (Tier 1-2 Helpdesk) x 2 OPENINGS

Location: Joint Base Andrews (100% ONSITE)

Duration: Long Term Contract (Goes until July 2029)

SHIFT: Monday – Friday 0700-1530 / 0800-1630

Pay Rate: $37.76/hr. (BASE) + $4.93/hr. (SCA) = $42.69/hr (SET RATE)

MUST HAVES

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance | Security+ CE (please send copy)
  • 3-5 Years of overall IT/Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated excellent direct customer-facing customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to triage and/or troubleshoot thru Level 2 analysis for incidents
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
  • General understanding of DHCP concept
  • General understanding ActiveClient
  • General understanding of PKI relative to Common Access Card
  • Ability to receive and act on requests for service via multiple mediums (phone and self-service)
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data in written and oral manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • General understanding of SCCM/MECM/InTune and role in software management
  • Knowledge of local user profile support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft computer imaging methods
  • Mobile Device (e.g. Iphone) support a PLUS ref integration with Office 365 applications
  • Active Directory (account administration, group memberships, etc)
