Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Support Analyst to join a highly visible team providing technology support to senior leaders. This role focuses on delivering white-glove, personalized service in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts executive productivity. The position is centered on elevating the overall executive support experience by focusing on process, consistency, and long-term service improvement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, articulate, and professional individual with a strong executive presence who is also open to growth and new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in initiatives and projects within technology operations.
  • Contribute to planning related to technology operations projects or deliverables.
  • Analyze moderately complex technology operations issues that require in-depth review.
  • Plan, design, document, and enforce escalation policies and procedures.
  • Provide activity, progress, and status reports to management.
  • Troubleshoot and triage job failures, working with support teams and vendors to drive resolution.
  • Improve deployment processes, tools, architecture, and day-to-day technical support.
  • Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies and procedures.
  • Deliver white-glove service with discretion, support executive meetings, and remain flexible for after-hours needs.
  • Maintain a regular in-office presence, often up to five days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience providing white-glove IT support to C-suite executives.
  • Experience managing VIP incidents and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in supporting the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with video conferencing technologies (e.g., Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting).
  • Experience with device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering white-glove technology support to executives or senior leaders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end (devices, networks, applications, and security tools) discreetly.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience in regulated industries, such as financial services, with an awareness of compliance and risk.
  • A data-driven mindset with an interest in and exposure to AI and modern tooling, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Skilled in workflow optimization and identifying opportunities for automation or simplification.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is between $67.05/hr and $72.58/hr.
