Brand & Customer Experience Project Coordinator

Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Brand & Customer Experience Project Coordinator for our client based out of Shippensburg, PA. This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first-shift Monday–Friday schedule, with hours varying based on project needs (typically 30–35 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing and customer experience initiatives focused on improving how customers, visitors, and large groups are welcomed and engaged at a customer experience facility.
  • Assist with defined, project-based improvements related to customer visits, tours, events, and branded spaces.
  • Help review existing customer visit and tour processes to identify opportunities for improved consistency and organization.
  • Support development and updates of planning tools such as checklists, templates, schedules, and visit materials.
  • Assist with preparation of customer visit materials, including welcome items, badges, and logistics support.
  • Support basic tracking of visit details and feedback under guidance from the team.
  • Assist with organizing branded merchandise and materials for tours, training sessions, and special events.
  • Help prepare inventory and materials for peak visitor periods and scheduled events.
  • Support pilot rollouts of updated processes during visits or events.
  • Assist with preparing simple documentation or reference materials tied to project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and facility staff to support project execution.
  • Adjust workload as needed to support customer visits or events connected to assigned projects.

Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort interacting with customers, visitors, and internal teams in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and support a variety of projects.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while receiving direction and guidance.
  • Previous exposure to customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or tours.
  • Interest in marketing, branding, customer experience, or project coordination.
  • Experience supporting events, group visits, or improvement initiatives.
  • Curiosity about using digital or AI-enabled tools for organization and tracking.
