This role plays a key part in supporting international customer accounts, processing orders, and serving as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customer accounts
Communicate updates between customers, sales reps, distributors, and production managers
Process quotations, purchase orders, and customer claims
Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs
Prepare and enter technical drawings and data
Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with management on account strategy
Provide excellent service by handling inquiries, complaints, and account changes professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer contact and order status
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
Strong technical aptitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
