We are seeking a Help Desk / Support Officer to provide technical support to company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems
- Solve problems on Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS, platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and alter configuration on networking equipment (switches, Wi-Fi access points).
- User advanced troubleshooting skills
