Votre Mission
At the heart of the customer relationship, you are a key player in technical support and customer satisfaction.
Your role is centered around two major areas:
- Remote technical assistance (phone & email)
- Coordination and follow-up of technical interventions
You work on innovative imaging and laboratory equipment, in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Vos Responsabilités
Support technical & customer relations
- Respond to technical requests from clients (phone & email)
- Diagnose breakdowns and propose adapted solutions
- Resolve incidents remotely (telemaintenance)
- Accompany clients in the use and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure technical follow-up of products and their evolution
Management of interventions & after-sales service
- Organize and manage interventions (creation, planning, closure)
- Write diagnostic and intervention reports
- Prepare quotes and ensure invoicing
- Follow up on client files and perform reminders if necessary
Management of equipment & logistics
- Manage loan equipment (preparation, maintenance, follow-up, stock)
- Manage stock movements in the ERP
- Prepare shipments (packaging, delivery notes, transport)
- Receive and process client equipment and after-sales service
Versatility & collaboration
- Intervene on all product ranges (radiology, ultrasound, laboratory, IT)
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, after-sales service)
- Provide back-up support as needed
Follow-up & continuous improvement
- Report incidents or critical situations to the After-Sales Service Manager
- Participate in inventories and administrative follow-up
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Mobility
- Occasional travel for training in France and Europe
Votre Profil
- Technical training (electronics, biomedical, IT or equivalent)
- First experience in technical support or after-sales service is appreciated
- Good analytical and diagnostic skills
- Customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organization, rigor and team spirit
- Comfortable with computer tools / ERP
