Responsibilities and Duties
This position is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and execution of merchandising activities. This role partners with and supports the Client Services and Field Operations teams by synthesizing customer retail merchandising needs, reviewing project details, and designing efficient surveys for the Company's retail merchandisers to execute. They ensure that field execution meets client expectations, adheres to quality standards, and drives operational improvements through structured feedback and process refinements. This position reports directly to the Merchandising Quality Manager.
What would you do in this role?
- Create and deploy merchandising activities in DASH Management (Anderson's proprietary project management system), coordinating with Client Services, and ensuring precise alignment with project requirements and Anderson's quality guidelines.
- Set up and monitor dashboard reporting for projects and programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze service quality indicators and adjust service activities to ensure high-quality execution results.
- Prioritize activity creation, simplification, and follow-up to meet and exceed operational efficiency, company profitability, and Execution Quality Index (EQI) goals.
- Design PowerPoint presentations to communicate project specifications and execution expectations to Field Operations managers, ensuring a clear understanding of merchandising initiatives and client requirements.
- Sequence activities with ShopComm -signing/Marketing projects to meet deadlines, delivery dates, and communication requirements while defining quality expectations.
- Manage store lists, time allocation, labor forecasting, exceptions, follow-up activities, and all other aspects of the project life cycle.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Client Services and Field Operations teams through structured project collaboration meetings.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle management while conducting real-time issue resolution and problem-solving to ensure the successful execution of merchandising activities.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms, especially Excel, with data analysis, reporting, and workflow management tasks.
- Experience with project or task management tools (experience with proprietary systems like Dash Management is a plus).
- Exceptional understanding of process workflows and systems.
