Junior Account Manager In Södermalm

Do you want to take the next step in sales and customer relations in the heart of Stockholm? We are looking for a relationship-building and committed person for the position of Junior Account Manager with our client in Södermalm. Here you will have the opportunity to develop in a business-driven role together with a supportive team – whether you have recently started your career or want to change paths within sales.

In the role of Junior Account Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with both new and existing customers. You work proactively to identify business opportunities, drive sales processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will become an important player in our sales team and receive continuous coaching and development opportunities in a creative and inclusive work environment in Södermalm.

Duties in Sales and Customer Management

  • Prospect and establish contact with new potential customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Book and follow up on customer meetings, both digitally and physically
  • Present and sell the company's products and services based on the customer's needs
  • Create, develop, and nurture strong customer relationships and contribute to increased customer loyalty
  • Manage sales activities and continuously update customer data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer support for the best possible customer experience

Your Profile – Experiences and Qualities as a Junior Account Manager

  • High school diploma
  • Interest in business development and relationship-driven sales
  • Communicative, empathetic, and engaged in meeting other people
  • Good computer and system skills, as well as the ability to quickly get to grips with new digital tools
  • Structured, self-driven, and results-focused with a desire to develop
  • Fluent Swedish spoken and written, with good knowledge of English
Meriting Experiences in Sales and Customer Relations in Stockholm
  • Experience from inside sales, account management, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Internship or work with B2B sales or business relations
  • Experience working in CRM systems and digital sales tools
