Candidate will be within 50 miles radius of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our Suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with Suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality. The FPA will utilize their knowledge and expertise to consult with Suppliers and develop process improvements that can be integrated across sites and markets throughout the country. The FPA role will partner directly with market Suppliers as a representative of Client to share feedback, recommendations, and work closely with various support groups to implement more efficient and standardized ways of working.
