Responsibilities

Here you will take on responsibility:

  • Reception and processing of incoming support requests and service tickets based on predefined processes
  • Conducting customer meetings
  • Coordination of processes and quality assurance
  • Designing guidelines, concepts, and test methods for quality assurance
  • Documentation of software errors and quality requirements

Qualification

We value:

  • Successfully completed training in the IT environment, e.g., as a system integration specialist (m/w/d)
  • First professional experience in the service desk or help desk
  • Handling of issue management systems (Jira Service Management)
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering
  • High customer orientation and communication skills
  • Structured, reliable, and responsible working method
  • Very good German language skills
