Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working in a highly motivated team, we are excited to be recruiting for this role that will be responsible for supporting our retail network of our wonderful brands Arc'teryx, Salomon and Wilson in delivering high level customer service and retail operations.

Ideal candidate:
With demonstrated experience working in a customer service or retail role, you will have exposure and clear examples of following and executing processes and procedures in various systems, and leading your role and thought process with being solutions led. Exposure to SAP is highly regarded.
Having come from retail, you will have excellent knowledge of returns policies, how to interact with customers and be keen to learn product or have some understanding from previous roles on technical product. This role requires someone passionate about providing great support to our retail stores and customers.
