Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, computer savvy, possesses excellent typing skills, provides great customer service, detail oriented, able to multi-task and reliable. Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
• Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed
• Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
• Handle high volume of clients
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to be confident around pets
• Previous experience with cornerstone desired

You MUST be able to work weekends, non-major holidays and have a flexible schedule. Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
