Our very fast paced 7 doctor veterinary practice is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, outgoing, and professional Client Service Coordinator to join our team. Skills required: extremely detail oriented - ability to handle a high stress pace - excellent people skills - experience in customer service and ideally veterinary reception - mature, professional, hard-working personality - and a positive, 'can-do' attitude to bring to our team environment. Dependability, including consistent attendance and punctuality, is a must.

A minimum of three years person-to-person reception experience and excellent phone skills are required; previous employment in a veterinary or medical clinic setting is preferred. Strong computer skills a must; experience with electronic medical records desired.
The hospital work hours are 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 8am - 3pm on Saturdays. Full time position, 37-40 hours per week. We provide a supervised training program.
