Customer Service Representative

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience. We understand that pet owners often come to us in times of stress or concern, and we rely on our CSRs to show empathy, professionalism, and positivity.

Compensation: $18-$21/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
• Processing invoices and payments
• Supporting a smooth hospital workflow alongside our doctors, technicians, and assistants
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Collaborating closely with the veterinary team to provide seamless care

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in veterinary customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to stay calm and positive in fast-paced or stressful situations
• A true team player who enjoys problem-solving and supporting colleagues
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the veterinary field

Schedule & Benefits: This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week (30–40 hours) and every other Saturday rotation.
