The Account Executive is responsible for driving growth within hospital and ambulatory healthcare markets. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored workforce and technology solutions that support high-quality patient care and operational experience.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive collaborates closely with internal partners like sales leadership and Staffing Directors to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, maintaining a deep understanding of Amergis' full suite of offerings and staying informed on healthcare industry trends to deliver value-driven solutions to current and prospective clients. The Account Executive opens new requisitions and engages acute fulfillment recruiters to support positions fills, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or staffing
• A self-starter mindset with strong motivation and accountability
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with standard business software and CRM tools
