Client Service Representative (Intake Specialist)

The Amaro Law Firm, a well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff's law firm in Houston, Texas, is seeking a bilingual Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. With over 20 years of experience in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation, we're looking for someone to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients, using empathy and communication skills to guide Potential New Clients (PNCs) through the intake process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Potential New Clients (PNCs) through inbound and outbound calls, follow-up communications, and email correspondence.
  • Build trust and rapport with PNCs by providing empathetic, needs-based consultations to understand their concerns and guide them toward becoming signed clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals while accurately documenting interactions in our case management system (Needles).
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and digital channels to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions to support case progression.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, preferably in a call center or professional service environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting performance metrics.
  • Strong ability to build immediate rapport through active listening and empathetic communication.
  • Experience with case management software or CRM's is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Resilient and positive attitude, maintaining enthusiasm and empathy throughout client interactions.

Our office hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a full 8-hour shift required during these times. Some "on-call" after-hours and weekend availability is required, but you won't need to be in the office, you'll carry a firm-provided cell phone to respond to client inquiries.
