• Support the onboarding and migration of clients to new travel technology platforms.
• Analyze customer needs and help deliver effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, from planning to rollout.
• Communicate clearly and work well with people from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate...

• Holds a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management, implementation, or customer-facing roles within technology or travel operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and changing situations.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
