Partner Operations Oversight Manager
As Partner Operations Oversight Manager, you will guide a team responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery for products and services under Core Implementation Services. You will also coordinate with internal teams on security topics and collaborate with line organizations to meet Amadeus commitments.
You will oversee operational activities delegated to an external partner company, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the partner. Your role ensures alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and business objectives.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Guide and support a team to deliver consistent, high-quality services across Core Implementation Services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet agreed commitments and security standards.
- Serve as a resource across multiple areas, proactively addressing complex challenges and improving efficiency.
- Ensure partner compliance with SLAs and operational standards while fostering collaboration.
- Develop clear action plans aligned with department strategy and business objectives.
