What are the profiles we look for?

• You are fluent in English. We typically look for native speakers in French, Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Polish.
• You have proven experience in roles such as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or Customer Success Roles. If you don't possess experience but are a dynamic and driven person with a background in Customer Service, we'd be happy to have you.
• You have incredible communication and negotiation skills.
• You are interested in taking care of our customer portfolio, with customers such as freight forwarders and transport companies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Permanent contract (unless we specify it's temporary for parental or sick leave)
• Base Salary + Incentive
• Offices in Sant Cugat, Barcelona
• Hybrid model: 1 day a week in the office as rule of thumb
• 23 working days of holidays
