You'll use modern CRM systems, communication platforms, and digital tools to move fast, stay accurate, and deliver a customer experience that actually feels like service — not a call center.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Use digital customer service platforms to document details and dispatch accurately
- Leverage technology to schedule service, manage workflows, and support field teams
- Ask smart questions to uncover customer needs and match them with the right services
- Educate homeowners about Maintenance Plans — and earn commission when they sign up
- Bring CARE to every interaction:

What You Bring
- Call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- A calm, confident phone presence
- Strong communication skills and digital literacy
- Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms
- Accuracy, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way
