Customer Care Associate II

We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.

The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance in the Lender Services business unit. Support borrowers, agents, & carriers by providing detailed information on their insurance requirements & needs, provide next step instructions, de-escalate calls, process complaints and handle insurance disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
  • Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, agents, carriers on their property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries
  • Updates records and note system as required
  • Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
  • Meets and maintains Quality and Customer Satisfaction guidelines & expectations.
  • Assists answering questions & collaborates in the Team Chats
  • Cross trains to assist with borrower follow ups, an other client queues

Functional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound analytical skills

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
