The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance in the Lender Services business unit. Support borrowers, agents, & carriers by providing detailed information on their insurance requirements & needs, provide next step instructions, de-escalate calls, process complaints and handle insurance disbursements.
