We are a Berlin-based startup that is shaking up the mobility world with our innovative B2B product Jobticket+ the complete solution for companies to offer their employees the Deutschlandticket and other mobility solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven personality as an Account Executive (AE) who is eager to grow our B2B sales.
As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies. You play a key role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new companies as customers. The job is strongly outbound-focused: you grab AI-qualified leads and need a true "hunter" mentality with proven success in B2B sales and closing deals.
You manage the entire sales process: from automated lead generation to inbound conversion and closing. You find and contact the right B2B contacts from various industries. You develop and pursue AI-driven sales strategies to achieve (and exceed!) your goals. You build and maintain good relationships with key decision-makers at customers. Demo calls: you present Jobticket+ and show potential customers the added value we offer. You negotiate contracts and bring deals home safely. You use our AI tools to understand market trends, keep an eye on the competition, and find new opportunities. You provide us with reliable and timely sales forecasts and reports.
