Project Coordinator

You'll be a part of our Information Technology Projects team. This team plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic and business-as-usual initiatives across the firm, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with governance frameworks.
As the Project Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate and track multiple concurrent projects using project tools, ensuring tasks are accurately scoped, assigned, and updated accurately. Monitor progress, refine the backlog and flag blockers or delays.
- Own, schedule and facilitate meetings via MS Teams, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates. Take and circulate minutes, action items and maintain clear communication channels across project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and track key metrics including budget and resource utilisation. For example, status reports, RAID registers, resource allocation and timeline tracking.
- Support governance and compliance activities, including audit readiness and onboarding of new team members.
- Act as a first point of contact for troubleshooting project tools, provide guidance to team members, and help standardise templates and workflows across projects.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
You will have:
- Experience in project coordination or support roles on technology projects, with experience in Jira, MS Project and Teams highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated initiative in program scheduling, risk identification and reporting, including backlog refinement and project reporting.
- Solutions-focused, hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
