Role purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.
Location: Wrocław / Poland / Hybrid

This role begins with a three-month trial period, upon successful completion, you'll move on to a one-year contract, with the potential for an indefinite contract thereafter. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's world, so we're also open to a hybrid working model. You'll have the freedom to work partially from home and partially from our office.
