As a Surgical Account Manager, you will be trusted to drive strategic customer engagement and commercial growth across designated accounts in South Sweden (Skåne - Linköping). In this role, a typical day will include:

1. Collaborating with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders to solve access and delivery challenges
2. Developing and executing tailored sales and business plans to meet account-specific targets
3. Building long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and proposing impactful solutions
4. Leading contract negotiations and guiding initiatives that support account development
5. Organizing customer events and contributing to strategic planning with marketing and medical teams

What you'll bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales, account management, or healthcare industry roles, experience within ophthalmology is required/an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to interpret market data
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on customer success and compliance
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills
